Danielle W. Turner is a multi-awarding winning Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a luminary in holistic healing. Danielle holds a master’s degree of social work from Springfield College and is a certified trauma-informed individual and group therapist trained in cognitive behavioral therapy. Danielle has over 20 years’ experience in the mental health field. As a visionary and CEO, she leads a BIPOC group mental health practice dedicated to nurturing the wellbeing of adults, children, and families. Her work transcends traditional therapy, embracing a holistic approach that promotes healing for the mind, body, and soul. Danielle is also the President and Executive Clinical Director at PMH CT P.C. where she oversees the clinical operations of Powell Mental Health’s group practice. Known affectionately as "Danielle The Self-Care Advocate," Danielle empowers women to embrace self-care as a fundamental right, guiding them toward peace and inner harmony. Reaching a global audience as the host of The Purple Butterfly Podcast, she delves into the intricacies of mental health, offering insights and inspiration for a life of wellness. Danielle's commitment to wellbeing is exemplified through her role as a best-selling author and a host for her international wellness retreats for women. Through these platforms, she shares her expertise and passion, inspiring a community of women to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery, self-care, and healing. In 2021, Danielle was named one of Connecticut’s100 Women of Color for community service. Danielle has been awarded the 2022 Mental Health Innovator of the Year award and the 2022 Phenomenal Women in Business award. In 2023, Danielle was awarded the Ultimate Business Therapist, Social Media Influencer award. In 2024, Danielle was awarded the President's Lifetime Achievement and Black Excellence Award. Financial Analyst and Educator Raicheen Blanks is the CEO and Founder of The Worthonomics Company, which she founded in 2018. Her mission is to normalize women as investors by empowering them to become financially sound, stable, and responsible. Raicheen integrates her 10+ years of experience in money management, financial literacy, leadership development, process improvement, and business analysis to support women in meeting their financial goals. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Connecticut and went on to receive her MBA from Post University, as well as continuing her education at Harvard Business School, obtaining a certification in Alternative Investments. Giving back to her community is vital to Raicheen. She serves as Co-Chair of Hartford HealthCare’s Black and African American Colleague Resource Group. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Community Health Services and serves as Treasurer on the Executive Committee. Raicheen is currently working on a fintech app that will enable users to manage their financial and insurance information on one platform. Raicheen’s goal has always been to empower women to focus on their personal growth and achievements, as well as the importance of financial literacy to understand how money works in efforts to become centered and live a life of gratitude and abundance.
