Cancellation Policy

Retainer/Deposit To secure your Power Play Session, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total session fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Your session is not confirmed until the retainer has been paid. By paying the retainer, you agree to these terms and conditions. Late Arrivals Please be punctual for your session to ensure that you receive the full allotted time for your photoshoot. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be canceled at the photographer's discretion, and your retainer will be forfeited. Rescheduling Policy Life happens! If you need to reschedule your session, you may do so with at least 48 hours' notice. Your retainer can be applied to a future date within 30 days of the original session. If less than 48 hours' notice is given, an additional $50 rescheduling fee will be required to secure a new date. If a reschedule is requested more than once, an additional retainer may be required. Cancellations Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of the retainer. If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the session is considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided. Weather Policy (for Outdoor Sessions) In the event of inclement weather for outdoor sessions, the photographer reserves the right to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements. Final Image Delivery Clients will receive proof images within 5 business days after the session. Upon selection of your final images, delivery of high-resolution files will be provided within 7-10 business days. Additional Images Each Power Play Headshot Mini includes two professionally retouched images. Additional images may be purchased at the rate of $65 per image, or a Digital Pack of 4 for $250. Client Usage Rights Upon full payment, the client is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the selected and purchased images for personal or professional purposes. This includes use on personal websites, social media platforms, and in marketing or promotional materials. However, the images may not be used for profit. Photographer’s Rights LMG Photography reserves the right to use all images from the session for portfolio purposes, marketing, advertising, and promotional content, both online and in print.
